You are four-years-old!
Our sweet, sweet girl- I cannot believe you are four! You have done so many things in the past year that I have a hard time believing you are only four. You have matured and grown so much that it is easy for us to forget that you are still so young and have some much to learn and explore.
Your sense of humor is still on point and you love to tell jokes, laugh at anything remotely funny, and you are just so sweet and happy all of the time. You LOVE to spend time with Elizabeth and you two are glued at the hip when you are home together. You spent most of year three with Elizabeth off in Kindergarten all day and you wondering when it was going to be your turn. Well now it is! You have been in pre-school for the past three weeks and you absolutely love every single minute of being at school. You are making new friends at school three days a week, and you still come with me to the gym twice a week and see your friends that you have played with for two years now.
You are mildly adventurous, but only if I am holding your hand. You love to try new food, new games, and go new places- but you want me with you all the time while doing all of the new things. In the past year you have been to a new country (Barbados) and several states (Maryland, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas, and Washington, DC). You have flown on multiples airplanes, played in the snow, visited family and friends near and far. You received your first season pass to Six Flags, renewed our Zoo membership, went to your first (and second) Disney on Ice show, and you go bowling whenever you can. You got your first haircut in August and went to the Little League World Series.
You love to play dress-up with your sister, you are obsessed with My Little Ponies and The Incredibles. You enjoy reading and doing art projects, and you would play with play-doh everyday if I let you. You and your sister love to listen to music and frequently ask Alexa to play Meghan Trainor and have dance parties in the living room. You love to cook (or help cook) and you are open to trying new foods. Some of your favorite foods are burritos bowls from Moe's, chicken fried rice, macaroni and cheese, hummus with pretzel crisps, and bacon.
You have grown a lot in the last year! You are wearing a 5T in toddler (sometimes a 4T) or XS in girls. You wear a size 10 shoe. You weigh 42 pounds and you are 42.75 inches tall. Last year you were 37 inches tall and weighed 36 pounds.

We are so excited to see where this year takes you! You have started pre-school, you are taking an introduction to dance class that has ballet, tap, and tumbling. You love to explore and you are just so sweet and happy. We love you so much Caroline Rose and I know that 4 will be a great year for you!
Love,
Mommy and Daddy
