These are all the goodies I bought at CVS today.
Here's how I did it:
I had $1 in extrabucks rewards from CVS, one $1.50 coupon for 2 bags of m&ms, one $1.50 coupon for 2 bags of snickers, and one $2.50 coupon for Huggies.
The candy corn is 99 cents, and with purchase you get an extrabucks reward of 99 cents.
The Mars or Wrigley's fun size bags of candy are 4/$10, and with purchase you get an extrabucks reward of $4.00.
The Huggies diapers are 2/$18, and when you spend $25, you get an extrabucks reward of $10.
So...
I got the candy corn for FREE with my previous $1 extrabucks reward plus I got back 99 cents extrabucks
The 4 bags of candy were 4/$10, however I had $3.00 when combining my two coupons, so that makes the candy 4/$7. Plus I got back $4 in extrabucks.
The Huggies diapers were 2/$18 and I had $2.50 off. So I got 2/$15.50 Plus when I bought one extra package of diapers, I got back $10 in extrabucks.
So...I saved $19.94 in CVS savings, and $6.50 in coupons. For a savings of $26.44
Original total: $62.11
Total spent: $35.67
Extrabucks rewards: $14.99
I then used $10 of my extrabucks to purchase the ACT mouthwash ($8.49)
and two packages of gum (2/$2) for FREE!
Total spent: $35.67 for 3 packages of Huggies diapers, 4 bags of halloween candy, 1 bag of candy corn, 2 packages of gum, and 1 bottle of ACT mouthwash.
Total spent: $35.67
Total savings: $38.93
