FIVE!

Dear Elizabeth,

You turned five-years-old on Saturday!!

We are so excited that you are five-years-old!  You have changed so much this past year and we had some much fun celebrating this weekend with you!

You are 43 inches tall and weigh 35 pounds.  You wear a size 5T shirt and 5T pants and size 10 shoes.  You still love the color purple and prefer to play with purple things (balls, hula hoops, bean bags, etc.) over any other color.

You and Caroline started sharing a room in October.  This room change was so we could create a playroom for the two of you and we are so glad we put the two of you together.  You talk each night before going to sleep and then spend 20-30 minutes playing together each morning before you leave your room.  Caroline is your biggest fan and wants to be anywhere you are.  I continue to pray that you two are the best of friends for life.

You have a few TV shows that you love- Elana of Avalor and Sophia the First are the big ones.  You still enjoy Miles from Tomorrowland, Little Einsteins, Luna Petunia, and Mia and Me.  Your favorite movie is Frozen.  You love to play dress-up and you dress up at Elsa every day.  You love to read, play with My Little Ponies, Barbies, and Tinkerbell.  You like to build towers and buildings with your blocks and you love to do art projects.  You love to help in the kitchen and your favorite thing to make is dessert.

Your favorite things to eat are Chick-Fil-A nuggets and french fries, yogurt, yellow cheese, mini donuts, eggo waffles, apples, oranges, peaches, grapes, goldfish, crackers, M&Ms, and ice water.

In March, you took a mommy-daughter trip to Texas to visit Ga-Ga and Gramps.

In June and July, you went to summer camp and vacation bible school.  You loved all of your camps and keep asking to go back this coming summer.

In August, you went to the Outer Banks of North Carolina for a week-long beach vacation.  This was the first time anyone in your family had been to the Outer Banks and you had a great time!

In September, you started preschool and you go on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  You love going to school and I hope that excitement continues throughout your education.

In December, you went a snow vacation at Deep Creek Lake for the New Years holiday.  You spent the holiday with your family and Kelly, Jared, Kylie, and Scot.

You took A LOT of trips this past year, you went to the following places:

Arlington, Texas
