Spring Break 2018 {part three}

Wednesday morning, the girls and I went to the gym and then stopped by the house to see all the construction.  After speaking with Ben and the contractors, we headed to Pennsylvania.

We stopped for lunch at the outlet mall and had to take a picture with the giant pile of snow.

The girls LOVED it!

Wednesday night, Ben's parents took us to Chili's.
They let the girls each pick out a dessert and their faces were too adorable to not take a picture. :)

Elizabeth had the mini chocolate lava cake

Caroline had an ice cream sundae

Yes girl, chocolate cake!!!

Thursday morning, Sally Anne and I took the girls to paint pottery.
This was their first experience and they LOVED it!!

Elizabeth painted an egg for Easter

Caroline painted a flower for spring

They really enjoyed painting with Nana

After painting we took the girls bowling

Elizabeth is getting really good

And Caroline really enjoys bowling too

Final score!
We could not believe Elizabeth had two spares and one strike!

We introduced Nana to Sweet Frog after bowling.
She was easily converted :)

Friday morning, the girls were playing hide and seek with Pap Pap.
This was Caroline's hiding spot.
I could not stop laughing. :)

Friday afternoon we went to lunch with Nana, Pap Pap, Adam, Sam, Jared, Kelly, and Kylie!
After lunch, part of our group headed to Seabase so the girls could play.
These are the only photos I took over the afternoon (whoops!)
That's Kylie and Caroline about to go into the tunnels again.

 Have fun girls!

 Bye!

Ben arrived in town while we were at Seabase and he joined us for the last hour.
After Seabase, we said goodbye to Kelly, Jared, and Kylie and headed back to the house to dye eggs.

All set-up and ready to dye some eggs!

I gave each girl a kit.

 Caroline had regular

 Elizabeth had sparkles.

 Some of their eggs drying

 Family egg-dying selfie :)

Friday night and their eggs are dry!

Bed time stories are always better with Dad :)

Saturday morning I woke up and came downstairs to find the girls decorating cupcakes :)

They were our Easter day dessert!

Saturday afternoon, Pap Pap and I took the girls to an egg hunt at his church.

The egg hunt coordinators announced there were over 1,000 eggs in the grass

All the kids had so much fun!

The girls showing us their baskets with all their eggs

The church provided lunch and the girls opened their eggs

 They got lots of goodies!

Elizabeth even received $1!

That takes us to Easter which I will post about next.
Happy Wednesday y'all!
