Walking into Storybook Forest at Idlewild
A little school house
I think Elizabeth has some more growing to do :)
Climbing onto a train
(This is where the rain began...)
All the big kids were inside the cheese and Caroline just stood in front of it.
Ha!
Another small house :)
Sweet Ada
These girls had a blast together
They were loving Storybook Forest.
Walking in the rain
After lunch, the girls were ready for the ball pit...
I love this picture!
The kids played in here FOREVER!
It took Caroline awhile to warm up
The kids had a blast
Caroline finally got in and played
After the ball pit, some of the big kids went up this rope (ladder?) into a huge play area of ropes, climbing, and slides.
Elizabeth went up many times :)
She does like to climb...
After the ball pit and ropes, it was time for some rides! We took the kids to kiddie land and they rode a ton of stuff. They did carousels, planes, cars, Ferris wheels, tea cups, and a bunch more.
We spent the last few hours of the afternoon at the water park and then Ben and I took the girls home so we could get ready for our date. Ben's parents watched the girls while we went to see the new Star Trek movie! :)
Date night with my love!
Saturday morning we got up and headed to Jared and Kelly's house for the pool party. We were enjoying the pool for a bit and then had a slight rain delay. I decided we should get some pictures of the kids during our rain delay (Caroline was asleep).
And so my mom brain remembers twenty years from now...
Kylie (3), Elizabeth (4), Kepler (6), Ada (4), and Tycho (6)
After pictures, the kids watched Mickey Mouse and played in living room.
Caroline woke up and joined the party. :)
And the adults during the rain delay :)
Then of course, swimming all day :)
And a little playground action
My baby love
I spent a lot of time watching Caroline out of the pool.
I'm guessing this is Ben capturing one of those moments :)

Fire pit time!
We had a lot of vacations planned for the summer and this is the one I have been looking forward to the most. Ben and I had a great time and we were so happy to spend time with our friends that we rarely get to see. Thank you to Justin and Sara for making the trip across the country, Jared and Kelly for hosting us at their house all day on Saturday, Scot for driving up from Maryland, and Nick for joining us in all the fun! We love all of you (and your kids) and we are so blessed to be your friends.
Happy Monday y'all!
