A month of dinners...

This month we have planned our dinners in advance.  That's right, we have planned an entire month worth of dinners.

The 1st- we had frozen pizza
The 2nd- we had chicken fried rice
The 3rd- we snacked on Super Bowl dips and other deliciousness
The 4th (today)- I made crock-pot lasagna

The lasagna will last us the next two nights.  I want to include the recipe along with fabulous photos of the steps you take to make this fabulous dish.  *Remember* I am NOT a cook and this is one of the easiest dishes to make.

1 pound ground beef
29-oz can tomato sauce
8oz package of lasagna noodles, uncooked
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

Step 1: Spray the interior of the cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2: Brown the ground beef in a large non-stick skillet.  Drain off the drippings.

Step 3: Stir in tomato sauce.  Mix well.

Step 4: Spread one-fourth of the meat sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
Step 5: Arrange one-third of the uncooked noodles over the sauce.

Step 6: Combine the cheeses in a bowl.  Spoon one-third of the cheeses over the noodles.
Step 7: Repeat these layers twice.
Step 8: Top with remaining sauce.

Step 9: Cover and cook on low 4 hours or high 2 hours.

Step 10: Enjoy!

My little helper.
