A month of dinners...

Continuing the new series on dinners for the month of February, we ate tacos tonight.

We make our tacos with ground turkey meat to be a little more healthy than ground beef, but feel free to try it with chicken, steak, or fish.

Ortega taco kit, salsa, sour cream, cheese, turkey, and lettuce.
You can add any toppings you want, these are the ones we like.

Heating up the pan for the turkey.
 
Turn on the oven to heat the taco shells.

Turkey meat.

Brown the turkey.


Heat up the taco shells.

Add water and seasoning to turkey.

Turkey with seasoning.



I like to make a taco salad, Ben likes traditional tacos.
I break up two tacos shells.

Add meat.

Add salsa.

Add lettuce.

Mix it all up.
