Christmas Bucket List update

Way back at the beginning of December, I blogged about our Countdown to Christmas Bucket List.  Now that Elizabeth is older, I love starting traditions with her and continuing traditions from our childhoods.

Here is an update on how we have done on our list.

Here is our list for this year:

 Visit Santa (and get a picture)

Write a letter to Santa

Make gingerbread houses

Enjoy hot chocolate

Donate to our local shelter (click here to see what is needed)

Make a Christmas ornament

Bake Christmas cookies

Go to Zoo Lights

Dance to Christmas music

Drive around the neighborhood and look at Christmas lights

Watch Christmas movies

Use our Advent calendar to count the days until Christmas

*Elizabeth is baking cookies today with her Nana

* Last night, Ben and I drove around and looked at lights and tonight we are going
as a family to see more beautiful Christmas lights

I don't think we will get to make an ornament this year, hopefully we can start that tradition next year.
