Friday Favorites!

Today I am linking up with Erika and Andrea for Friday Favorites!!!

We have had a wonderful first week of summer vacation!

We have finished our summer bucket list and the girls are really excited for all of our activities around DC!

Here are some of my favorites from this week:

ONE

We went to the zoo on Tuesday.

It was unlimited carousel ride day and the girls took full advantage.

These are just two of the many, many animals they rode.

TWO

I ordered the girls some Bento boxes for lunches this summer and for the fall

when Elizabeth starts kindergarten.

My friend Liz recommended these Bento boxes for kids lunches.

I ordered them off of Groupon here.

The girls were super excited!

We have used them twice this week- at the zoo and at a park day.

They are super easy for the girls to use and I only have one "dish" to clean up when we get home.

Win win!

THREE

My plan was to hang this banner on the garage on Elizabeth's last day of school,

but it was raining... A LOT!

So, I hung it across the stairs and it is still hanging.

I like the bright, happy pink color and who doesn't love seeing a sign that says Welcome to summer!!

FOUR

We celebrated Memorial Day with a cookout of hotdogs and hamburgers, sangria, and yummy sides and dessert!

We had a blast hanging with some of our favorite people for a few hours and the kids always have so much fun together.

We had some friends over for Memorial Day on Monday.

Five kids eating on the deck is a favorite for sure!

I just love this little group of friends.

FIVE

I love all the Red, White, and Blue from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
I've been "pinning" all things red, white, and blue and these are some of my favorite.
