You are officially a big girl! You are two years old today! We cannot believe how fast time has gone and it seems like yesterday you were a tiny baby in our arms. You have changed so much over the last year and yet have stayed the same in so many ways.
You have gotten taller, grown more teeth, your hair is longer, you talk more, you eat more, and you use utensils. But you still love to read, follow your sister everywhere, you love to eat and you love to sleep, and you love to snuggle up with your sister or mom.
As of today, you weigh 29 pounds and you are 34 inches tall. You wear a size 2T shirt and 2T pants. You wear a size 5 or 6 shoe, depending on the style. You are obsessed with wearing socks and hair bows. You wear a size 5 diaper.
*At your first birthday, you weighed 21.6 pounds and you were 28 1/2 inches tall.*
In the past year you have traveled by car to Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC. You took your first flight this past year and went to Texas. You went to the Outer Banks, NC for a family beach vacation. You went to Georgia to see Annalise get baptized, and you have been to Pennsylvania to meet Sam and see Sam get baptized.
In the past year you dressed up as a Fairy for Halloween, a cow for Chick-Fil-A cow appreciation day, a pirate for Talk Like a Pirate Day, and a cat or princess at home when playing dress up with your sister.
In the spring, Kylie came with her parents and you and your sister had your first sleepover with a friend. You spent a lot of time in the spring with Alice and Evie as they got ready to welcome a new baby brother. In the summer you spent a lot of time with baby cousin while Jessica and Noah went to work.
You celebrated Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas at home. You celebrated Easter with all of our neighborhood friends at Ari and Caden's house. You spent Memorial Day in Pennsylvania, the 4th of July in Texas at the lake house and Labor Day at home having a big cookout.
You have built forts, played on playgrounds, gone swimming in pools and the ocean, played in water tables, played in the snow, been to zoos and aquariums, and played with a lot of friends! You have done so much in the last year that it is hard to keep track. We have had a lot of fun over the last year and I am looking forward to all of our new adventures coming up this year. We love you so much and we have enjoyed watching you develop your own personality, style, and relationship with God. I am so proud of the big girl you are becoming and so proud to be your mommy.
